# Occasionally asked questions about RedBrick AI

**Q: Does RedBrick support tablet based annotation?**

A: Some users perform annotation with external tablet devices such as a Wacom device. These devices don't have official support in RedBrick but still should work as a replacement for a mouse input. RedBrick AI does not support mobile devices or tablet devices such as iPads.

**Q: Will I be billed for the [support@redbrickai.com](mailto:support@redbrickai.com) user?**

A: To assist with debugging, you can add and remove the [support@redbrickai.com](mailto:support@redbrickai.com) email from your environment as you see fit. This user will not occupy a seat and you will not be billed for this user account.
