# Reporting an issue

> Report bugs and issues in RedBrick AI to the support team using a structured template covering goals, steps to reproduce, and expected behavior.

To report an issue, please write to us at [support@redbrickai.com](mailto:support@redbrickai.com). When reporting an issue please follow this template so we can quickly get to the bottom of things.

## What are you trying to accomplish?
