RedBrick uses Stripe for all billing and invoicing. Only organization owners have access to the Billing page. From the billing page you can see:
  • A link to your organization’s billing portal to:
    • see all past and current invoices
    • update payment methods
    • see more information about your subscription
  • RedBrick usage breakdown by:
    • Seats
    • AltaDB storage
To navigate to the billing page, you will see the option when you click your username in the upper left corner. image.png

Multiple Organizations

If your billing account has multiple organizations, then 1 organization will be designated the parent organization. All billing will wrap up underneath the parent organization.

Modifying Number of Seats

Depending on your plan, you may be able to modify the number of seats directly from the billing portal. If this is not an option, please contact support@redbrickai.com to request changes. Please allow 1 business day for any changes to be made.
